Dentist Direct Colchester has relaunched as Hello Dental, a new independent dentist in Colchester.

Its almost two and half years since I started the dental practice in Colchester. It has been a roller coaster ride and has been exciting a challenging in equal measure.

We have renamed the practice Hello Dental, to reflect our caring and welcoming ethos. We will now be an independent practice run by the caring local team that many of our patients have got to know. We are committed to creating an outstanding practice and to ensure we can deliver the high level of care we aspire to.

We have developed a reputation for the treatment of people who do not like the dentist. We will no longer be using the strap line “The Dentist for People who Don’t Like the Dentist”. However our passion for helping look after those who don’t like the dentist or are scared of the dentist is still very much a part of the practice’s core mission.

Like all other fields of medicine, research has greatly improved our understanding of how to prevent dental disease and make treatment more comfortable. Everything we do has been led by this research, and our goal is to restore teeth for the long term and prevent as much dental disease as possible.

As pioneers in bringing laser dentistry to North Essex and Suffolk, we have seen what a huge difference technology can make; dental lasers are simply a real win-win. Our patients see more comfortable, quicker procedures with fewer injections and numbness. We see better quicker healing, less recurrence of disease and overall better results for our patients.

As Hello Dental we will continue our commitment to provide the gentlest dental care possible, with the most advanced technology and preventive strategies. We look forward to serving you in the future!

This is by far the BEST dentist I have EVER been to! Helen is amazing, knowing I’m not a big fan of the dentist she is so gentle and explains everything before she does it. I have been going to hello dental for a few years now and I must say you get what you pay for, the service is exemplary and all the staff are so polite and friendly. I never really liked going to the dentist because of previous experiences but I trust them 100% and would highly recommend them. Also the clinic is so clean which is something I always look for! So if you are looking for a dentist this is definitely the place to go.

If you're looking for a kind, calm and supportive dentist Hello Dentist are brilliant. After having a very poor experience with my last dentist I was very reticent at attending the dentist again but Hello Dental understood were non critical and have helped me to regain confidence in the dentist profession.
